The staff are always friendly, and I sleep well here since it stays quiet at night. I travel to Milan often, and this has become my favorite place to stay. It's close to the park and the metro and tram stops, while the lively area around arco della pace is nearby too.

A market is just around the corner, and there's a parking lot about a two-minute walk away. The hotel is clean and feels safe, with a metro station roughly five minutes on foot. It's also very conveniently placed for Milan's main tourist sights.

The reception team is really helpful, and the cleanliness was a 10/10. For a comfortable price, I couldn't believe I found a studio room with all the amenities in central Milan. An amazing hotel.

The rooms were hot and stuffy because the air conditioning wasn't working. We were told it had been broken for days, but nobody let us know before check-in. Opening the windows wasn't an option because it was too noisy. For $300 a night, this hotel isn't worth it. 0/10, don't stay here.

There was plenty of space in our full one-bedroom apartment, and it even had two bathrooms, which was a nice bonus. The small kitchen had a fridge too. It's in a quiet area and within walking distance of many places.
