I stopped in for an espresso because I couldn’t find good coffee nearby. It was tasty, and the lobby was peaceful. I spent a relaxing hour there before carrying on by train from milano centrale. When I asked for water, the receptionist brought me a bottle instead of tap water, didn’t charge me, and said water was free.

This was my second stay, and we felt looked after on both visits. The concierges were kind and helpful. The decor is a little dated, but still has its charm.

It was 32 degrees when we arrived, but the room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, and the staff and breakfast were great.

The price was wonderful, and the staff were incredible. Restaurants nearby were very convenient, and the hotel is so close to the train station. I really enjoyed my few days there last January. I’ll be back!

The room was clean, and they changed the linen and bath towels every day. The staff were nice and supportive. Breakfast was good, though there wasn’t much variety and it was the same food each day. The location near the central train station and the price for Milan, given the service, were both very good.
