The neighborhood wasn’t especially pleasant, but it had what we needed, including plenty of different restaurants. The Metro was less than a ten-minute walk away, and Milan’s Metro is very efficient. Inside, the room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the shower was hot and worked properly. Breakfast was plentiful, and staff could make hot drinks late at night, though being told there’d be no milk until morning meant I had to buy some at a minimarket. The windows were oddly thin and high on the walls, so there was no view. A decent budget option if all you need is a place to sleep after a busy day in the city.

I had a nice stay and would be happy to come back if I’m in the area. It’s about an eight-minute walk to the nearest metro, which is handy in Milan, and the location is alright, though I’d be a bit more cautious at night. The hotel was very clean, and the Wi-Fi was excellent while I worked. The bathrooms have been renovated recently; adding more soap and conditioner options would improve them. The lobby is cute too, but could be made a little more formal. With a few changes, I think the hotel could reach four stars.

The service was pleasant, and the hotel is close to everything you might need. The rooms were clean, though there was a strange smell, mostly from the sheets and pillows. Otherwise, it’s a nice place.

Our double room was spacious, with a good mattress and pillows, and the bathroom was fine. It’s about a 7-10 minute walk to Rovereto metro station. There were lots of immigrants in the area, but no one bothered us and people were polite. I generally felt safe there, though perhaps it’s not the best choice for a woman traveling alone. Breakfast was okay for 7.5 euros. The corridor had an unpleasant smell, and the old windows did little to keep out noise or cold. The first night was cold too. We asked for heating, but reception said it only gets switched on after October 15. The sink was clogged; we told reception, but it stayed that way. After washing our hands, water took 15-20 minutes to drain, and shaving made the problem worse. If they’d fixed the sink, I’d rate the value at 7.5.

We booked on the spot, and the cooperation was excellent. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and reception was available 24/7. I recommend this hotel.
