We stayed for two nights, and the reception staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The hotel’s location was great, very close to the metro station. The one thing that made us uncomfortable was housekeeping coming into the room while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door. That’s why I’m giving four stars. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, always available with help and useful recommendations. They made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. Milano Portello B&B is also well located, with easy access to transit, restaurants, and many of Milan’s main attractions. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great value for money and excellent service. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with a very decent breakfast menu and great staff. It’s close enough to central Milan for the cultural sights, and San Siro is walkable too. Really good hotel. I’ll be back!

My wife and I had an amazing stay, and Melissa and Giulia at reception were very helpful. The head of housekeeping was kind too. We ran into her in the elevator and asked how to fix the television channel and internet. She willingly took care of it all. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Milan.

The room and bathroom were good, though we were upgraded to a deluxe room, so I can't compare it with a standard one. Breakfast had plenty of choice but was noisy, and there's apparently a cosy little breakfast spot just across the street, a bit farther along. We could also leave our car in the lot a little longer in return for a five-star review, which they actively ask guests for. Even so, the price for what you get was good.
