Bamboo Milano Vico

The property was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, and it looked nothing like the photos. What we got was a complete failure. To make things worse, a stranger came into the apartment during our stay with his own set of keys and seemed surprised to find anyone there. If zero stars were an option, that's what this place would get.

Forget it. I stayed in one of these apartments, Copernico, a few days ago, and the owner arrived more than 40 minutes late, leaving me waiting outside in the sun. After I paid, he left, so I unpacked and looked around. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and glasses. I contacted the receptionist and the owner; the owner told me not to contact him and said to wash everything using only hot water. I ended up using disposable plates and cups during my stay. The dust in the apartment triggered an allergic reaction. It was also advertised as having air conditioning, but be careful, it doesn't work. My pillow was dirty, and I couldn't tell what was on it, maybe blood or chocolate. In the bathroom, there was a half-empty sample bottle of body wash in the shower. I took photos and reported all of it to the receptionist.

The owner was incredibly unfriendly, and this place is more like a pigeon coop than a studio or apartment. It wasn't clean. The bedding smelled musty, and the towels looked unwashed. We couldn't air the place out because we'd already killed a lot of mosquitoes and were afraid more would fly in. There were no blinds or curtains, so the light woke us as soon as dawn broke. They say it's near the city center and sleeps four, but neither claim is true.

The sheets had hairs on them, the pillows smelled musty, and some electrical outlets were broken. The service was awful, and the owner was extremely rude. We'd read the earlier comments and decided to give the place a chance, but the reality was harsh. We don't recommend it at all, they sell a lie. When we first arrived, the key to the building entrance didn't work. The owner got rude when we called and acted as if he didn't know how to open a door. He threatened to charge us 140 euros if a technician had to come check the key. The technician did come and admitted the key they'd given us was faulty. We were freezing and hungry until midnight.
