They cancelled my reservation without telling me. Zero stars, don’t go here.

The only good thing was the location, around a 10 min walk to piazza Loreto. We arrived after midnight and could smell cigarette smoke in reception and on the stairs. Once we got to our room, there was a big patch of mold on the ceiling. We picked the cheapest hotel, but even so, 55 euro for one night felt like too much in those conditions. I forgot to mention breakfast: they call it free, but be prepared for just one plain croissant and a very light espresso. Good luck.

The prices are very reasonable, and the staff have always been welcoming and helpful. I’ve stayed here for long stretches and on more than one occasion, and I’ve consistently found good hospitality. The location is excellent, literally a 1 minute walk from lambrate metro and bus station. Buses go straight to the duomo, and the metro can take you wherever you want.

We had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE stay and left after the first night, even though we’d booked longer. The room was small but tidy, the bed made a lot of noise whenever I turned over, and the WiFi didn’t work at all. The walls are paper-thin, and reception didn’t seem to care. People talked loudly there until after midnight with the television on in the background. Then at 7:30, breakfast prep started: chopping, foaming milk, and lots of other noise that made it impossible to fall back asleep. I can’t recommend this place at all!!
