There was enough room for the family, and the 24/7 supermarket nearby was really convenient. The place was kind of okay for cleanliness, neither clean nor dirty. Showers were acceptable but awkward to use, and the beds were okay, though not good. I found old, dirty underwear when I opened the window and asked reception to remove it, but that never happened. The elevator is small and slow, and the area didn’t feel safe.

😡 I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It was dirty, and every night people upstairs moved furniture and shouted and screamed, so we couldn’t sleep. We were charged €9 for cleaning on top of the €300 for our three-night stay. We arrived at night and were told the next morning that we had to pay, which we did. I expected the room to be cleaned at least daily, but it was cleaned only once. When we noticed it was dirty on arrival, we messaged reception. They said cleaning was every other day, but even the towels weren’t changed. Nobody had told us any of this when we arrived. The listing said Wi-Fi was excellent and free, but we couldn’t connect at all. Reception told us this on the second day. I don’t recommend the place to anyone. It can’t be called a hotel.

For $90 a night, I thought this was a really good stay, almost like having a one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen was large, and the place is close to San Siro Stadium, which I recommend visiting. It’s a five-to-seven-minute walk to the metro, with a supermarket nearby, so getting groceries was easy.

The room itself was okay, but they didn’t even provide coffee or water. Arriving with four large suitcases and two cabin bags was frustrating and exhausting because the elevator was out of service. There was nobody at reception and no staff around to help us.
