The customer service was really nice, and the metro is close by.

Cosy, comfortable, and very clean.

It’s an apartment divided into separate rooms. The receptionist gave us a friendly welcome, and our room was clean and fairly spacious. The shared bathroom and toilet have a locking system that doesn’t work well, and there’s no soundproofing at all. It’s a bit far from everything, though at least it’s at the end of the metro line. Breakfast, just coffee and a croissant, is optional for €1, which is reasonable.

I only asked for a blanket because I’m not used to sleeping without one. The owner told me to use a wrinkled blanket and claimed they bake and dry them in the room every day, saying I could check the cameras. I don’t know how that could be true with guests checking out at 11:00 and new ones arriving at 16:00. A blanket should be a basic hotel standard. At 23:00, the man at reception said he’d throw us out onto the street if we didn’t like it. He then sent me threatening, shameful messages on Watsap and banged on the door. I was so scared I had a nervous breakdown. I sent a complaint to the support service.
