Easy Apartment Milano

We paid 200€ per night and didn’t even get the basics: there was no heating, no Wi-Fi, and the place was dirty. The owner wasn’t very helpful when we raised the problems. It wasn’t a pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The person who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. There are plenty of services, such as laundry, but they cost extra. The one downside is that there’s no A/C.

This was truly shameful. Before our arrival, I called to ask if we could leave our luggage at 8:00 AM, since check-in wasn’t until 5:00 PM. Mrs. Francesca answered politely and said it was no problem. She gave me Mr. Piero’s number, as he was supposed to welcome me, my girlfriend, and my brother-in-law the next day. When we arrived and rang the intercom, Mr. Piero answered and we took the elevator to the second floor. An elderly gentleman came over as we stepped out and rudely accused us of being rude for showing up at 8:00 AM without advance notice. I explained that I’d spoken with Mrs. Francesca and wouldn’t have dared come at that hour without her permission. He took back what he’d said and apologized, then noticed the note on the reservation confirming my call. He asked where we were from. We proudly said Catania, and he asked about the typical food from our region. In the afternoon, we returned to check in. He opened the door to the “Raffaello” apartment and told us, “Try to be civil and leave it as it is.” How dare he? Who were the rude ones? We should’ve left it as we found it: hair in the bathroom, footprints, a dirty sofa, and a table set with no tablecloth. We’d booked a two-story studio apartment, but found a mezzanine with one single bed and one double bed, both without sheets, just a mattress cover and blanket. The bathroom was tiny, had no bidet, and the shower stall had no shower tray. There wasn’t even a glass for our toothbrushes, though that’s a trivial thing. The window had no shutter, there was no oven, and the dishes were poorly maintained. We’d paid in advance, including a €25 final cleaning fee. We left after the first night because the place was truly unlivable. A dump I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I do have one thing to say to Mr. Piero. He had three well-mannered young men as guests, and he was lucky we didn’t respond at length and stoop to his level. We southerners are civilized people. He can keep those prejudices for people like him. Be wary of this establishment. Better to sleep in your car.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My friend spent a month in this squalid place, then found her apartment in disarray, with half her belongings missing, including expensive things. This was the day after the owner, Piero, sent a cleaning lady to her apartment. You can draw your own conclusions!!! And the place was completely dirty, too.
