Bmore Apartments

Lucia was a huge part of what made this stay so good. She was available, quick to respond, and went out of her way to help with everything we needed. The apartment is just steps from the Duomo, making Milan's landmarks, shops, and restaurants easy to explore. Inside, it felt like an oasis, with a chic modern look, high-end finishes, comfortable furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen. An unforgettable stay, and one I'd highly recommend for a luxurious, convenient base in Milan.

Little Luna, the dog in the concierge's office, completely charmed us as she clung to her cuddly toy. Lucia was a warm host, helpful and super-responsive, and the apartment was comfortable, clean, and attractive. The location beside the Duomo is superb, with wonderful restaurants all around and La Scala down the road. It made for a magical weekend at BMore Apartments. We'll definitely come back.

The location was the least of my problems. The apartments are extremely small, with nowhere to put large bags. There's no check-in lobby or even a place to sit when you enter. Breakfast isn't provided, just vouchers that were no use to us because the cafe downstairs was horrible. The towels smelled really bad, and parts of the kitchen didn't work properly, including the stove. The supervisor helped carry our luggage in, but at checkout I had to manage five big bags alone in the rain with two children, and nobody helped. Worse, management kept my €500 deposit over a small dent in the kitchen, visible in the photos. I'm 200% sure it wasn't my fault. I told them it wasn't caused during my stay, but they took the money anyway and said they'd bill me for any extras. They sent the video more than 24 hours after checkout, so someone from cleaning or management could have caused the damage. They're blaming me and my children over a tiny dent in a table. Inspections should happen at checkout, not a day after you leave. This place doesn't deserve even one star. The worst accommodation in Milan, literally, in every way: service, cleanliness, and honesty. The apartments are so, so, so, so small you can hardly breathe in them. Please don't waste your money here.

Lucia made sure we were comfortable throughout and responded quickly whenever we needed something. The stay was luxurious and comfortable, conveniently placed for exploring central Milan, and good value for money. Thanks, Lucia, for making it such a wonderful and memorable visit!
