Staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived early, so they stored our bags and brought them to the room when check-in time came around. The breakfast had a very good range of choices, and the rooms were nice. But the bathroom was awful. There was no hot water, and the shower design made every night a hassle. Its floor was almost flat, so water leaked all over the bathroom. The little glass panel was practically useless, and turning on the shower sent water past it and across the room. In a room for four, cleaning up after every shower left all the towels soaked. They need a proper barrier or a longer glass wall. If you're planning to shower a lot, I'd choose another hotel rather than deal with this every night.

Even though the hotel says it's non-smoking, cigarette smoke came through the ventilation and filled the room. The owner should try turning up the AC and see for themselves. In room 104, trams passing outside were so loud it felt like they were riding over my head, and I couldn't sleep. What's the point of a marble bathroom if you can't get a quiet night? The owner should spend a night there and invest in better double windows with sound cancellation.

After we arrived early, we left our suitcases and went out to eat. We came back around 5 pm to shower, but the water was cold. We asked reception to look into it, and they seemed surprised there was no hot water. Our room was in section B, on the third floor. We went for another walk, returned close to 10 pm, and still had NO HOT WATER. Reception said the system needed more time to heat it. Why give me a room where I can't take a hot shower when I need one? Hot water is basic. I was there with kids, and the whole thing was horrible.

The room was clean, but I had a terrible night. You could hear everything outside because the window insulation was so poor: every car and tram, plus people talking. The AC was broken, so at midnight I had to go to reception and ask to change rooms. I don't recommend staying here.
