Stay away from this aparthotel if you don't want things and money taken from your room. A large sum of money was stolen during our stay, and the safe was ransacked and taken. Another girl's room was robbed the same day too. We contacted the police, but they aren't doing anything. The next day I went to reception in the other building and asked the manager Alessandro to check the cameras. He refused and showed no interest in helping find out who had entered our room or the other girl's room. I took a photo of him. When he noticed, he locked the reception door and wouldn't let me out until he deleted his picture from my phone himself. He also said he'd remove the code to our apartment door so we couldn't get the rest of our things. While we were staying there, two of the three rooms were robbed. The occupants of the third room were initially suspected. I met the maids in the corridor and asked to see the guys' room, and they let me in. Is that normal, that the maids allowed me into a stranger's room? Because of that, I immediately suspected they were also involved in the theft. There are cameras and a smart lock. The manager said he could see when the door was unlocked, but he didn't check. I think the only explanation is that all the employees are involved in the thefts and that there are cameras in the rooms. Be careful, because it turns out there have been thefts from this hotel room before. We've had to go to lawyers in our country. If needed, we'll also go to the higher courts, and we won't let this go.

The location is really central, just 3 minutes from the Duomo and 5 minutes from the main shopping street. There are shops right outside the hotel. Our room was clean and tidy, and they sent detailed instructions for getting in. Everything was perfect.

We left at 11 PM and had to pay for another hotel ourselves because there was no working hot water, no staff on site, and no solution after several attempts to get help. Each time we contacted support, we reached a different person. No one fixed the problem, followed up, or came by. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes, then cut out completely. The room wasn't habitable for us. We booked Le Suite del Corso through Booking.com expecting a boutique aparthotel with concierge service, housekeeping, and breakfast. None of those were available. There was no sign or marking at the property to confirm we were in the right place, which was disorienting and unacceptable while arriving with luggage. What was advertised didn't match what we found: there was no concierge or reception, no staff on site for daily housekeeping, and no breakfast or facilities. The hot water failed after about 3 minutes. This property is misrepresented on major booking platforms. It isn't a hotel, isn't staffed, and couldn't handle a basic maintenance problem. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

No signs showed where the place was, and there was nobody around to check us in. I had to call, and sorting everything out over email was painful. There was no hot water either. When I called, the first person hung up on me. A woman answered the next time and said maybe they could see if someone was around the following day. I paid a lot and no one fixed it, so I had to leave and stay at another hotel.

We could even leave our bags at reception before check-in, and the front desk team were excellent. Housekeeping was spotless too. The room was beautifully decorated, with a minibar, a welcome drink, and a coffee station included. The location is hard to beat for a short Milan visit, right beside the Duomo, with lots of places to eat and see nearby and great shopping around.
