Boutique Centrale Sant'Andrea

The host was really pleasant and helpful, and invited us to message if we wanted recommendations or needed assistance. The room was modern, very clean, and made up daily. It's on a designer boutique shopping street and just a short walk from the dumo. There was a lot of construction on the street outside, so it got a little noisy early in the morning. That shouldn't bother you if you're up early and out. The hallway had a very sweet smell that was a bit sickly for me, though others might like it. I'd give it 8/10. I'd stay again and recommend it to friends going to Milan.

There's no reception or attendant, and with only a couple of rooms it can be tricky to find the place. That's why I've added a picture of the front door 🚪😁👍. The room was really nice and had all the essentials, including AC, a minibar, TV with Netflix, and a nice shower. It was noisy from traffic outside and other guests, though. Still, a very nice place with a kind host, and the location is great.

Avoid this place. I booked a room for a guest, and it became a nightmare. Workers started using a pneumatic drill at 9AM on Saturday, making so much noise that my guest had to leave. He changed his flight to go home earlier. Thankfully, the reservation was through Booking and hadn't been prepaid. Even so, they had the nerve to contact me asking for money after the worst experience I gave an artist.

We booked a room, but the hotel cancelled the day before and offered no real help or solution. When we called, they said they couldn't do anything. Their only suggestion was a free room at a very bad hostel. When I said I didn't agree, they laughed and repeated that they couldn't help. Don't book here.
