Boutique hotel AH - Duomo Signature

Anna at reception was the real highlight. She was incredibly helpful, showed us how to get things done and save time, and even walked us out to the taxi we’d ordered. The room was okay and had air conditioning, and the location was decent, close to shops.

After a busy day, the comfortable, practical room was a good place to relax. The property was inviting, well run, spotless, and carefully looked after, and the service stayed courteous and professional throughout. A dependable place with a good level of comfort. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The location is so handy, really close to the Duomo, and the staff were incredibly kind. Our room was clean and cosy, and the whole stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

We paid €634 for two nights, then another €60 for parking, which was 500 meters away and cost €30 per 24 hours. Breakfast was at the café next door for €9: coffee, juice, and a croissant. Nothing special, and not a traditional breakfast. When I complained, the receptionist/phone operator said she’d handle it, but I never got a refund. This place feels like a total rip-off, not a hotel. Avoid it.
