The apartment was in awful shape, old and neglected, and smelled bad as soon as I walked in. The entrance was dirty and disgusting, the bathroom shower door was broken, and the washing machine was so filthy I had to clean it before using it. It looked nothing like the photos or description. I honestly can't understand the positive reviews. The elevator was extremely old and basic, without even a button to hold the door open while waiting for someone. The rug by the entrance was among the dirtiest I've ever seen, and the main ground-floor apartment door was far too narrow and heavy. Worst of all, the sheets in the closet smelled absolutely disgusting. What a disappointing stay. I don't recommend it to anyone. Do not book this place!

The password for the key lockers comes after check-in, then you can let yourself into the apartment. It’s beautiful and the price was okay. The location is lovely too, on a pedestrian street lined with great restaurants, where only walkers and cyclists go.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The Italian-style online check-in was a tedious ordeal: uploading my passport photo took two hours while I stood outside, with my phone out of reach. I kept getting messages telling me to check in online, and I ended up missing some of the sights I’d planned to see.
