Honestly, this was the worst experience. The apartment was underground, which the pictures didn’t show, and the building was dirty and awful. There was nobody from the company at reception to help. We tried reaching them for almost three hours, but they didn’t answer or sort things out quickly. There was something on the towels, and when we complained, they said that wasn’t a good enough reason. The place smelled damp, and they’d never made it clear that the room was below ground. Don’t book here.

We paid for the room, including all taxes and fees, but couldn’t travel because of the Kovid situation worldwide, especially in Italy. The hotel refused to refund us. I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel, and with Italy and the Italians in general. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

The location is great and the place itself is fine, but they don’t tell you clearly that you’ll be sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Mine was bumpy and left my neck and back really hurting. I’d have gladly paid more for a proper bed. Now I have to go home and pay for physiotherapy after such a bad night’s sleep.

The location was nice and the service responded quickly, but the details felt careless. For the quality of the lodging, it seemed a little overpriced. I came away disappointed.

The apartment feels like a box for homeless people.
