The food is Italy at its best, and everything felt just right. What stayed with me most was the personal care: every staff member remembered my name, the rooms were impeccably clean, the gym was well equipped, and the spa was outstanding. This was my fourth stay at Casa Cipriani Milano. I’ve tried nearly all of Milan’s luxury hotels over the years, and nowhere else has come close to this level of hospitality or the feeling it gives you. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite. With just 14 rooms, the hotel feels very intimate. When I arrived, I needed to return my rental car. The hotel arranged a house car and a driver who personally took me to the return location, waited while I finished, then brought me back. They did it free of charge, with real care. That feels like something a home would do. It’s about a 7-minute walk outside the very center, and the complimentary house car can take guests into Milan’s central areas, so getting around is easy. The place feels like family, like home. You can sit in the restaurant with a glass of wine, then head downstairs to your room with that same glass. It all feels natural and comfortable. I haven’t experienced this kind of hospitality anywhere else. 10/10, without hesitation.

At Casa Cipriani Spa, the signature hydrafacial is my favorite facial in Milan. It’s gentle but cleans deeply, and leaves my skin hydrated and glowing every time. One of the city’s best spa treatments, easily.

The interiors and bedrooms have a stylish, classic Cipriani look, and the bar and restaurant terrace are gorgeous. They’re only for hotel guests and club members. Photos aren’t allowed, and there’s a general dress code. The staff are polite, though they don’t fuss over you. This is a very small boutique hotel, best for a 1-2 night stay or if you won’t spend much time there. Montenapoleone is a short walk away. It feels private, exclusive, and luxurious.

The spa was a real highlight, a calm, beautifully appointed place to unwind after exploring the city. I also ate at the restaurant and was impressed by the food and the lovely setting, especially the terrace and its city views. My room was spacious and elegant, with thoughtful design details that made it feel warm and luxurious. Service was impeccable throughout. The staff were attentive and professional, and made me feel cared for without hovering. Casa Cipriani Milan brings together style, comfort, and hospitality in an intimate stay. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for something special in Milan.
