Worst stay I've had. The bed was broken, the shower didn't work properly, the room smelled, and there was nobody around to help. Please don't book this place. If you've already booked, cancel it.

I couldn't reach the owners, and the area felt very dodgy. The place was broken and dirty, so I ended up booking somewhere else. Wish I could give it zero stars.

BE CAREFUL, DON'T BOOK THESE APARTMENTS. My flight to Milano was delayed, so I arrived late on the first day of my four-day reservation. They canceled the whole booking and kept my money. I threatened to call the police, but they said they didn't care. I had to find another hotel and pay again for four days. They told me the reservation would be canceled if I didn't arrive before 10 pm, and my money would be gone. I've never heard of a rule like that, even as a pilot who's stayed in hundreds of hotels. I made a big mistake by booking these apartments without reading the reviews first.

Do not book here. I reserved two months ago, completed online check-in, and paid the tax a month ago. Since it was listed as “smart apartment” on booking.com, everything was handled online, and they confirmed it all. I thought everything was settled. Then, the day before we arrived, they said my friend couldn't stay because he's under 25. He's 22, and apparently they have a rule against guests under 25. They canceled the reservation without a refund. When I tried to contact them, the woman was incredibly rude. This feels like a total scam.
