Cavour

I stayed for four nights in the renovated section of Hotel Cavour Milano. My room was modern, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I know part of the hotel hasn't been renovated yet, but the section I was in was pleasant. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location is fantastic, within walking distance of the main sights in the city center. My only gripe was the TV. Although it's a smart TV, YouTube and services such as Netflix weren't enabled. Apart from that, I had a great stay. Highly recommended for Milan.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The old-style key is best left at reception when you go out. The fashion district is just around the corner, and the Duomo is about a 15-minute walk away. Both Central and Garibaldi stations are also within walking distance. Good value for money in a perfect location.

The place itself is nice, with good service and a great location. The staff were especially friendly and lovely to me and my family. I'd skip adding breakfast to the stay. It was very average, below expectations, with basic food and no real variety. Definitely not Dubai standards, I guess.

There are trams and buses right outside Hotel Cavour, and the metro isn't far if you don't feel like walking. The location is very central. We stayed three lovely nights in a big, newly renovated room. It had a modern, comfortable, attractive style, and was very clean, with great service. The breakfast buffet was good quality and international. The lobby still feels a bit old-fashioned, though I feel sure they'll renovate it too.
