They cancelled my reservation on Booking.com, so I can’t leave a negative review there, even though I’d told them I would. I paid €100 a night, had to collect the keys across town, and didn’t even get towels. They said towels were available on request, but that wasn’t in the terms and conditions and nobody had told me. I ended up drying myself with frozen sheets. The pots and pans were badly worn, and with no pot holders I had to use two rags so I wouldn’t burn myself. They didn’t offer to bring towels and seemed completely indifferent when I complained. I’m still waiting for my €100 deposit back. 0/5.

The location is really convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby and buses easy to reach from the hostel. It was a welcoming, very clean place, and the staff were friendly with excellent customer service.

If I come back to Italy for work, I’ll stay at Central Maya Apartment again. It’s a lovely B&B in central Milan, with a bright, lively feel, tasteful furnishings and attention to detail. Everything was spotless, and the staff made us feel welcome.

A great B&B on Corso Lodi, with the yellow metro just a few minutes away on foot and a direct ride to Milan Cathedral. The place was clean, and the breakfast came in a bag, but it was good quality.

The B&B was clean and check-in went efficiently. When I asked for advice, they helped me sort out some city-related issues. The tourist services could still be better, though.
