Bed bugs cut short our planned stay from November 1 to November 3, 2025. We only stayed one night before finding bugs, their nest, and eggs around the bed. The next morning, my boyfriend had a direct allergic reaction on his body. We had to pay for another hotel for the second night. The host promised a refund, but it never came. An unfortunate and disappointing stay.

The instructions for getting in were good enough, though entry was a bit tricky. The host was helpful, and there’s a tiny exercise area with a couple of exercise bikes and small weights. The apartments are beautiful and close to the city center, with a tram and metro station nearby. There’s no food service, unfortunately, but plenty of places to eat close by. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in a room that was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The hosts were friendly, quick to respond, and helpful with everything we needed. Clear check-in and checkout instructions made things easy. There’s a lovely outdoor garden attached to our room, especially beautiful in the morning. The room also had a coffee machine and cakes from the host, plus its own Netflix. The metro station is about a seven-minute walk, and the ride to the center takes around 25 minutes. There’s a tram stop right outside too. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The room and the service were really bad. They offered me a refund, but now they aren’t answering.
