The room’s pillows were comfortable, and the curtain kept the light out. That’s about all I can praise. The hotel needs serious updating. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the electricity shorted out once, and there was damp in the bathroom. The door panels were coming apart and the paint was flaking.

For a few nights, this is a good place to stay, especially with the train station and many Milan tour pickup points conveniently nearby. It’s not the best hotel in the world, but you get what you pay for. I’d definitely recommend it. I’d read reviews saying the front desk staff were rude, but in my experience I was treated very well.

We booked two rooms for one night, and they were spacious, clean, and had nice bathrooms, which worked well for a family. The price felt fair. The front desk staff were gentle and very polite, and the hotel is near Milan central station. I’d recommend it for an affordable, comfortable stay.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. It’s an older, decent hotel within walking distance of the train station and metro or bus lines. Some small improvements would help, but for what I paid, it was fair.

I stayed here before an early trip to Linate airport. It’s near Milano Centrale, and public transport made the journey easy.
