Co99 Art Building Residence

The metro is just a stone’s throw away, and we didn’t find it noisy, despite having worried about that. Air conditioning was welcome on the hot days. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed comfortable, and the shower had good heat and pressure. For the price, it’d be hard to beat. You need to request room cleaning, which suited us. Everyone was friendly, and the rooftop was cute, with coffee in the morning. It worked wonderfully for our needs, and we were very happy with our choice.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Trains are nearby, but they don’t pass often, and the noise didn’t disturb my sleep. It’s generally quiet, despite what some reviews say. A few small things could be better: the vending machine is slow, the soundproofing could be improved, slippers would be nice to have, and the elevator moves slowly. I’d definitely stay here again.

This was the best aparthotel I stayed in during my Italy trip. The building is beautiful and modern, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and up to date. There’s a shared kitchen and laundry, plus a rooftop with a view. One station is a minute away, but it smells of urine and has a long staircase, so it’s a bad option with luggage. Another lovely, clean, modern metro station is within five minutes. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

CO99 was a pleasant start to the trip. The room was clean and modern, the surroundings quiet, and the rooftop really nice. The metro is five minutes away, so getting around the city is easy. It isn’t a hotel, so don’t expect many amenities or services. There is a nice kitchen in the room where you can cook. I’d definitely come back.
