Room 6 was a much better fit for us, with its updated windows that blocked the noise when shut and a hand shower in the bathroom. We had to ask to move there after a sleepless night in room 3, where street noise and mosquitoes kept bothering us. The shower in that first room had only warm water and weak pressure, so it wasn't pleasant to use. The staff member who helped us was proactive and supportive. The location is handy, right by Chinatown, with plenty of busy spots for tasty food. We stayed three nights. If you're visiting in summer, bring something to keep mosquitoes away, and bear in mind that the nearby streets can be noisy late into the night, especially if you're a light sleeper.

The place seems to have been thoughtfully set up, but it feels like it's gone downhill through cost cutting. We booked late and ended up staying, despite a long list of problems: uncovered plug sockets, sharp metal handles on the bathroom door, a broken lamp plug, torn sheets that didn't fit the mattress, and old stained towels. The soap was empty or almost empty and wasn't replenished. There was no bathroom cleaning or fresh towels, and cleaning seemed limited to making the bed and leaving new cups. The concrete floors, walls, and ceiling let in a lot of sound from outside and neighboring apartments. Noisy party guests kept us awake until 3 AM. Reception wasn't staffed, and we had to contact them on WhatsApp; they said they don't live on site, and the service wasn't proactive. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you care about sleep.

The apartment was roomy and very well designed, and it made a handy base for Chinatown and central Milan.

We had a pleasant stay in a clean, modern room with a good amount of space, and there was a handy little area for storing luggage. Chinatown is a fun neighborhood, with lots of interesting places to eat and drink. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky because the sign is so small. It also got noisy when other guests came and went. Our room had just one mirror, in an odd spot, and no full-length one. Still, we had a good stay.
