The room felt fresh and new, and everything was immaculate. We also really appreciated the red wine and delicious sweets waiting for us when we arrived. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive from the start. Crossing Manzoni is a lovely little hotel in a characterful yellow building, tucked into a charming Italian quarter in central Milan. It has just six rooms, so the atmosphere feels intimate and quickly made us feel at home. It’s a two minute walk to via Montenapoleone and about 5-10 minutes on foot to Duomo, yet it was calm and comfortable inside. We can’t recommend Crossing Manzoni enough. We stayed here at the start of our honeymoon, and it turned out to be a great choice. Even in the middle of a busy city, it was so peaceful, which we really appreciated after arriving on a late flight. The accommodation was elegant, the team were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to reach major sights such as the Cathedral in just a few minutes. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I loved how spacious and airy the room was, and it had all the essentials with a thoughtful setup. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable, with a welcoming feel throughout. The location is handy for the main attractions, too. The staff made a great impression on me. They were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful the whole time, greeting me warmly whenever we crossed paths. Crossing Manzoni is one of the nicest apartments I’ve stayed in, and I’d happily recommend it. I’ll be back next time I’m in Milan.

I’ve already booked another stay for my Milan trip in a few months, even though we’ve only just checked out of Crossing Mazoni. The room was spacious, very comfortable, spotless and nicely equipped, with a modern bathroom. The manager, Sean, was warm, professional and really helpful, and the welcome and service felt quite special. It’s a quiet, private place with the feel of a boutique hotel, though there’s no dining room. That wasn’t a problem, since Milan’s many great places to eat are only a short walk away. Looking forward to coming back!

Sabrina and Sean were so attentive, and made this our best stay in Milan. The place is beautifully decorated, modern and wonderfully quiet. It felt like having our own chic apartment right in the heart of the city. What a great find. Thanks, Crossing Manzoni, from Wendy and Ho ❣️
