We stayed in the “Design” suite, number 41, and it worked perfectly for two. The bathroom and bedroom are on the small side, but that was fine for a short visit given everything else the flat offers. There’s plenty of closet space, a washer-dryer, a large heating rack in the bathroom, and daily cleaning. The full kitchen doesn’t have a microwave. Coffee capsules and tea bags were topped up each day, and there’s a filter for still or sparkling water. One accessibility detail to keep in mind: there’s a step before the area with the lift. Really good accommodation, I’d happily return to Milan and recommend it.

Being in Milan for my birthday was already a treat, and the team made it extra special with chocolates and a lovely birthday note. The staff were kind and professional, and the service was excellent. The apartment was spacious, beautiful, and had everything I needed. Its spot right in the heart of Milan, about a two-minute walk from the main stations and attractions, was hard to beat. It honestly felt like home. I came to reset and enjoy myself, and that’s just what I did. Grazie from the heart! ❤️

The rooms were spacious, with excellent facilities, and the location was great. Customer service was very good too. One thing to know is that staff aren't available after 6 pm, and you can only contact them through WhatsApp. We arrived early on check-in day, before 9 am, and there was no one to meet us or store our luggage, which was inconvenient.

The apartment was fresh and clean, and housekeeping was good. Traffic outside can make it a little noisy, though it was comfortable to sleep with the windows shut. Montenapoleone is nearby, which made shopping and walking around the city really convenient.
