This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!! It’s a SCAM!! The reception shuts extremely early, at 8:00pm, which prevents people from checking in. Even if you show up the next day, they charge you in full and refuse to check you in because you missed the ‘originally check in time’. The attitude is disgusting. They’re very good at using booking.com’s rules to scam people out of their money.

They set an unreasonable check-in time that keeps people from checking in. It feels like they make money from cancellation fees instead of regular business. If you want to deal with nosy, arrogant staff, go ahead and book here.

What stood out most to us was the staff. Oksana, a very pleasant administrator who speaks several languages, met us at reception and showed us the room and everything we needed. She also shared lots of useful tips for our time in Milan, and we’re very grateful to Ms. Oksana for the advice. There’s a public transport stop nearby, and you can reach the city center in 15-20 minutes.

The rooms weren’t bad and had a nice view, but the hotel deserves 1 star because customer service was a disaster. The bath water stayed hot for about 5 mins, then turned cold. WiFi averaged 4.5 mbps, so I couldn’t get anything done online from the room and had to use my own mobile data for bookings. The place is decent enough to live in, but it could be much better in several ways. P.S. Late check-ins are rigid and can’t be changed, so check your flight time beforehand.
