The room was newly renovated and modern, and everything in it was good. I paid 126 euro for the night, plus 4 euro in tourist tax at the property. They photographed my ID/passport on a phone, which made me wonder about GDPR 😊 haha. The location is great, right on the main shopping street and close to a subway station that connects to the airport. There's no reception and it was hard to find, since it's basically an office/apartment building with “security” in the lobby. Reception hours are unusual. That was fine for me, traveling alone on business for one night.

Beatrice made the stay especially nice. She was friendly and helpful, messaging us on WhatsApp and helping us find the place. The room looked modern and was beautifully designed, though a little small. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back soon.

It's extremely close to the duomo, and Milano is a great city with tons to do. The people here are amazing and supportive, and they take care of what you need. I also really appreciated the trust and confidence the administration showed in me. This was the best experience I've had. I recommend it, and I'll stay here every time I come!

No one was there for check-in, and at the address there wasn't even a small sign. The hotel, apartment, or whatever it's advertised as simply doesn't seem to exist. When I called, they asked me to send photos of my ID/passport through WhatsApp, which felt very sketchy and like a scam. False advertising. Don't fall for it, please book somewhere else.

The room felt unpleasant and unsanitary. The bed linen and towels were in terrible shape, worn out and stained in places. Beyond the poor cleaning, the whole place seemed neglected, with dirty walls, damaged furniture, and everything looking old and badly maintained.
