The location is the apartment's biggest plus. Inside, though, my place was quite worn: the entrance door was broken and didn't lock properly from inside, and the window handle was broken, so the window couldn't be closed. I had booked through Booking, but after I paid, the owner cancelled the reservation, apparently to avoid the Booking fee. That meant I couldn't leave a review there, which may explain the very high rating. The photos and reviews are definitely misleading. It wasn't all bad, but that was my experience.

The place is really well located, close to lovely Navigli. Paola was such a kind host. All the best!

The room was clean, nicely furnished, and in a good spot, though the bathroom was on the small side. One thing to know: the customer service seemed questionable. Even after several reminders and promises, I couldn't get an invoice for the room.

The apartment was clean and tidy, with lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. It's also just a one-minute walk from Porta Genova FS station, and the owner was very attentive while we were there. Great place to stay in Milan, I'd really recommend it 😎

This was a terrible stay. We booked an apartment with a balcony, specifically for that reason, but the host gave us a different apartment and charged us 500 euros for smoking. They also used my credit card details without my permission. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
