Fenice Milano Hotel

The room was nice, but sleeping in was tricky because we could hear other guests in the hallway. The shower was a little small, and the fridge didn't get very cold. Staff were friendly and spoke English, and the bar and breakfast area were pretty decent. Getting around was easy on foot or by subway. There are plenty of food options nearby, with cafés just around the corner and a supermarket down the road.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Fenice. The team were kind and really helpful, and the location is great. We were in room 230, which worked perfectly for my wife and me, even though both the room and bathroom were small. If you need more space, call ahead to check the room size. Thanks, Hotel Fenice!

The location is hard to beat, and the staff were nice and professional. My room was small but made good use of the space. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower could use some maintenance, but everything was clean. Breakfast was fine and did the job, though there weren't many choices and it was the same each day.

We ended up here after a problem with our original hotel, and were glad we moved. Customer service was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and big enough for three, though fairly basic. Breakfast was included and very good, with a decent range of options. During a very hot spell in Milan, the air conditioning worked well. The Duomo and similar sights are about a 15-20 minute walk away; there are also plenty of places to eat and a supermarket roughly 150m up the street. I'd recommend this hotel and stay again.
