The room was opened while I was out, and my belongings had been removed without anyone telling me or calling first. When I asked the staff what happened, they were rude and disrespectful. That was especially upsetting on my last day: I left at 8 a.m. and found this when I returned. The so-called breakfast was just an old packaged croissant, not a proper meal. There was no soundproofing either, and I could hear disturbing noises from neighboring rooms at night, including very loud sexual activity. I wouldn't consider this suitable for families. The place felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and I don't think it's worth staying at.

We were two friends staying for two nights and had a very good experience. The room was very clean, and the metro is close by, so it takes just 10 minutes to get to the city center. It could use some renovation and more facilities, but for the price it was worth it. The hotel manager was always ready to help and offer good advice.

I came to Milano for a concert and stayed two nights. The room wasn't modern, and its private bathroom was pretty small, but it was clean, with hot water, and comfortable enough to sleep in. The bed was spacious and clean too. There was even a private balcony and a small flat-screen TV. For a young traveler on a budget, it was just what I needed. The staff were very kind. It's a bit far from the City Centre, though public transport makes getting around really easy. I'd stay again.

We chose this for the low price and stayed a few nights in September, me, my mom, and my brother, so three adults. It's more like a hostel than a hotel, and there's nothing luxurious about it, but it does the job if you need a cheap place to sleep. I took a few pictures when we arrived. Sorry about my brother's luggage in them, he'd already started unpacking.
