The cleaning lady was adorable and professional, but the morning reception staff were arrogant and really unpleasant. My room was tiny, and outside noise kept me from sleeping because the sound insulation was so poor. Just an average experience. I wouldn't recommend it, especially at that price for such low value.

I arrived at 2 AM and check-in went smoothly, with no problems. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, just a two-minute walk from the metro and about 10 minutes from the central train station. I chose the hotel partly because breakfast was included, and it was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety. The coffee was great too. Good value for money; I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place.

The best part was the location, less than a minute from the nearest subway, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was also generous and tasty. The hotel itself felt like a very poor 3-star: tiny room, even tinier bathroom, plastic toothbrush cups, and barely any toiletries.

The WiFi was atrocious, so I ended up relying on my eSIM data most of the time. Apart from that, the location worked perfectly for getting to the F1 Italian Grand Prix, with access to ATM Milano or Trenord trains. I was upgraded when I arrived, and the bed was great. My only room complaint was that the shower area needed to be bigger. Breakfast was included throughout my six-night stay, which was excellent for race weekend.

Just a minute's walk from the metro, and the location was great. The employee was professional, and I was satisfied with the room. My only concerns were the cramped shower stall and poor sound insulation in the room.
