10/10
The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and good showers. I also appreciated the water fountain at reception after a day out. The location is right in central Milano, near the metro and several tourist attractions. Staff were very good: two men at the front desk were friendly, one gave us useful tips for getting to the San Siro, and the woman I met one morning and the housekeeping staff were friendly too. It seemed a little pricey, though booking at short notice probably explains the cost. I'd happily stay again on my next visit to Milano.

Genius Hotel is in the heart of Milan, just a few blocks from Duomo di Milano, with luxury shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. It's a great base for tourists. My room was nice and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable, though the room itself was small. That seems normal in Europe. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to solo travelers or couples looking for a quaint, affordable hotel in Milan.

The hotel's central Milan location worked well for sightseeing, and the breakfast spread was great. I was there for three days on a business trip. My room was compact but functional, and the service was truly exceptional.

For the price, I'd choose somewhere else next time. The rooms felt tired and were very small, with no closet, bedside tables, bathroom hooks, or armchair. The shower stall was ancient and didn't work well, and the toilet was uncomfortable. There were no disposable slippers or robe, and the room's wine-cabinet-style unit wasn't a proper fridge and didn't even cool itself. The positives were the great location, friendly and attentive staff, decent breakfasts, good housekeeping and cleanliness, and beds that weren't bad. That's all.

The staff were extremely friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. The Duomo and Galleria are an easy walk away, with the metro right beside the hotel and some great restaurants nearby. Perfect for a quick trip to Milan. Grazie mille 😁
