Giardino Hotel

The metro and tram stop right outside, and the city centre takes about 15-20 minutes to reach. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast included cold cuts, croissants, and good coffee. My room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. The bed was really comfortable, with a warm duvet. A lovely stay that was better than I expected.

The service was excellent, and the people were very kind and welcoming. But the rooms and bathroom were cold, with no heating while it was raining outside. Breakfast had few choices. At 1600 euros for three nights, I expected at least a warm room. The hotel is near the metro and train station, so you can hear a train every hour around midnight. It didn’t wake me because I was tired, but it could bother some people. I’m giving three stars for the service alone. Everything else was bad.

It’s a small, family-run three-star hotel, but I’d give it four stars for how clean it was and how good the staff and owners are. The only drawback is that it’s a bit far from the city centre. There’s a train from right in front of the hotel that reaches Central Station in 15 minutes. Thanks to the owner CHEN ZHILE and ZHU XAOYAN.

The owners are the kindest and most accommodating people we’ve come across in a long time. They really want guests to be happy. The small hotel is cozy and spotless, and breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice. It’s right in Abiatgrassio Square, with a supermarket less than a five-minute walk down the street and the metro literally across from it. There are restaurants and other things you might need nearby. My husband and I were very happy here and recommend it.
