We came with three families during New Year’s week, and everything went smoothly. The transport links made it easy to get around Milan, and the location was excellent. Staff were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were cleaned each day and kept spotless, with stylish, elegant furniture that made them feel comfortable and high quality. We also enjoyed spending time in the spacious, beautifully decorated lobby. Breakfast was fresh and well organised, and both the pool and fitness area were clean and well maintained. This became one of our favourite hotels in Milan. The stay exceeded our expectations, and we'd happily return. Highly recommended.

Mr. Bernie Gallotta, the Chief Concierge, made a huge difference to our stay. He patiently answered our questions, suggested great restaurants, and helped us figure out how to see as many key sights as possible. During Fashion Week, we struggled to rent a car through Herts, both online and in person, and the prices were extremely high. Bernie arranged a rental through another company at a fair price for 26 days, with full insurance. They even delivered the car to the hotel entrance on schedule. After 32 days in Italy and stays at four- and five-star hotels in Milan, Bellagio, Genoa, Parma, Modena, two places in Tuscany, and Rome, none had a concierge like Bernie, who made sure we felt at ease. We congratulate the hotel on having such a caring guest relations agent. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and so was the bathroom. The bathtub is quite high to climb in and out of, which could be an issue for older guests, though we managed fine. The buffet breakfast felt limited for the price, and we expected more cheese and ham. Thank you for the service. Guillermo & Maderlene Alvarez.

The hotel has some grand touches, and the staff were outstanding in many ways, but after three visits to Milan, this felt old, worn, and expensive. Families who care about the pool may want to look elsewhere. I booked an executive suite directly on 12/23 for €548. The confirmation went to spam, I didn't confirm it, and the hotel abruptly cancelled the reservation. When I booked again, I assumed the same rate would apply, but it had gone up to €689.22, which I only noticed after arriving. The front desk said it was policy and they couldn't change it. Regular rooms were €135 that night, so two rooms would have made more sense for my family. Our rooms weren't ready at check-in. The courteous front desk staff offered complimentary drinks and snacks while we waited, and we got in around 3:30 p.m., after about an hour. I was told parking cost €35 a night, or I could park on the street for free. I chose the lot and only learned at checkout about an additional €30 nightly tax, bringing it to €65. I wish that had been explained upfront. The hotel eventually comped the parking, though I was frustrated by the surprise fee. The indoor pool isn't heated, and there were only about nine chairs for more than 20 guests using the area. The hot tub, sauna, and Turkish bath each felt cramped with more than four people, which disappointed our family. For a suite costing nearly €700 a night, I expected it to be ready, tidy, and well equipped. Instead, the facilities looked cheaply maintained: holes in the walls and furniture, loose cables, outdated controls, a broken thermostat, an old and dirty tub, and a minibar that speaks for itself. The front desk staff had little power over pricing, but they tried hard to get the room ready. The bartender also went out of his way to make my son a gluten-free sandwich, one of the trip's highlights. I like the idea of this hotel, but it feels tired and worn down. There are many nicer places in Milan.

The price felt completely out of line with what we got, and I won't stay here again or recommend it. The tax was excessive compared with other hotels nearby, with no reasonable explanation, and they also charge €10 per person. Service was very poor, with little attention to guests and requests met slowly or not at all. The room's condition was unacceptable: basic necessities and comfort amenities were missing, cleanliness was inadequate, and the furniture was poor quality. It also didn't match the photos or advertised description. Given the experience, the hotel isn't worth its price or its current rating.

Bernie, the concierge at Grand Visconti Palace, made my stay special. He was so warm and welcoming, and arranged dinner for me with a stunning view of the Duomo. I'm very grateful for his kindness and hospitality. It was lovely meeting him. Everyone I dealt with, from reception to the dining team, was genuinely helpful and kind. The service across the hotel was fantastic. I asked for oat milk, and they got it for me; when they saw me again, they remembered and mentioned they'd gone out specially to buy it. An unforgettable stay. Thank you, Grand Visconti Palace.
