This was the worst experience of my trip, even though I know I wasn't paying for a luxury hotel. The room itself wasn't good either. The shower head had problems, the hot water ran out after one person's shower, and part of the mattress was broken, making the bed terribly uncomfortable. When I arrived at 5:40 pm, nobody answered the reception bell or either of the two numbers listed on Bookings.com. I eventually got into the building and found the reception room locked and empty. My family and I waited anxiously, unsure what we'd do for the night. At 6:05 pm, one number finally reached the night-shift worker, who travelled 15 minutes to the office to check us in. Once we were in, I badly needed the bathroom and found there was no toilet paper. I messaged about it but heard nothing until late the next afternoon. They didn't acknowledge the room had none and seemed to think I wanted extra rolls. The management office offered no help and didn't seem to care. I love Milan, but this apartment hotel showed no hospitality to its guests.

The room was simple, clean, and good, with a great bed and a comfortable mattress. I slept as well as I do at home. Sound insulation was decent too, and when neighbors arrived, there was no issue. The Green Ribbon is a few minutes from Gerusaleme Metro station on the purple line. There's a large supermarket nearby, plus a bakery with a cafe and some restaurants. Getting into the room with a magnetic lock and unique code was easy, and our email communication with the administrator was perfect. Breakfast costs extra; we didn't try it, so I can't comment. If we're back in Milan, this will be the first place we look for.

The self check-in was very easy, with clear instructions, and it was simple to find parking and get around by transit. Celine green ribbon was a delightful place to stay: clean, spacious, and close to everything. I'll definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Quiet neighborhood and a great spot close to the Metro. There's a large supermarket about 100m away. The room was stylish and spacious, with a big bathroom, strong shower, and a large, super comfortable bed. Plenty of shower products and towels, plus a really cold mini fridge. The hosts were helpful, and it was good value. Highly recommend 👍
