The room is small but has what you need, including tea and coffee and an empty mini-fridge for storing things. It's clean, and cleaning is done daily, with towels charged daily. The location is good, very close to Milan's central train station. The owner speaks basic English. At first, his wife asked us to pay in cash; when I said I'd entered my card through Booking, she became very upset and angry. Her husband was fine with accepting the credit card. One day the cleaner left the windows open, and when I got back on 31 December the room was freezing. There were no towels that day either. It was cold outside in December, so some extra blankets in the room would have helped.

The owners were a really kind and helpful couple. We got a spacious, very clean room for a great price. I'd highly recommend the place!

It's a lovely little place near both the train station and the metro. The downside is how noisy it is.

The hosts were away, but answered emails promptly, and Nazeer gave us a really warm welcome. The apartment is in a great spot close to the metro. We had a great stay, though the windows are single-glazed, don't close properly, and face a very busy street.

The room was spacious, but cold. They initially said the heating worked, but we found the boiler was switched on only at certain times, mostly during the day. In the evening the heat was off and we were cold. The air conditioner couldn't heat the room either. I wouldn't recommend staying here in winter.
