Hemeras Boutique Hotel Cannobio Boutique House

The house itself is new, clean, and spacious, just like the pictures. But we arrived at the 2 pm check-in time and the cleaning still hadn't been done. They also gave us the wrong passcode, so we couldn't get in. With no way to reach the host, I had to call the Milan police for help. Getting a response was really difficult. They ignored messages or called back five hours later, even when it was urgent. Some small issues were promised fixes, but three days later nothing had been done. The hot water wasn't working properly, so we were still showering in cold weather without it being fixed.

We couldn't enter the apartment when we arrived at 5 in the morning, so we had to find another hotel for that night. The code they'd sent didn't work, and the promised 24-hour customer service wasn't available. Even when we came back the next day, we were still locked out. Hours passed without anyone coming to help. A cleaner eventually told us the door had been broken for weeks and they hadn't bothered to fix it. At check-in, they assured us we'd get compensation, but never followed up. They ignored our messages, calls, videos, and photos as well. Such unacceptable and unprofessional treatment. Worst experience in Milano!

The location is the only good thing here. The bed was really hard, the couch was so nasty I didn't want to sit on it, and you could hear everything from the neighbors. The shower drain didn't work properly, and the Wi-Fi was out for two days. We got just one set of towels and no cleaning or anything. The TV wasn't plugged into the socket. The apartment wasn't even clean when we arrived. The bed hadn't been made, there were dishes in the sink and dust on the floor, so we had to call Hemeras. When I used the hairdryer the electricity went out, and I had to get it fixed over the phone. They (Hemeras) don't speak clear English.

We arrived to a dirty appartement at ‘Hemeras Boutique house ApartHotel Pantera in Milan’. There was no solution or compensation, and they ignored my messages. Even when Airbnb contacted them, they kept ignoring both me and Airbnb. Airbnb helped us, but Hemeras did NOT!
