I wouldn't recommend staying here. Check-in was a mess because I hadn't received any information by email. Nobody seemed to know what was going on when I arrived, and I waited about an hour before someone happened to give me a WhatsApp number. The woman there replied quickly, which I appreciated, but even after I completed online check-in with my correct email address, I still got no instructions for finding my room or getting the keys. I had to contact her again. The room was okay, but I was given just one key card for a double room. The bathroom was separate, and in winter I got locked out after stepping out without my phone, shoes, or jacket. I had to ask a resident for help; they seemed irritated, as if hotel guests asking for help was a familiar problem. After another wait, someone finally came and opened the door. The whole setup feels poorly thought through. There's no phone number or instructions posted anywhere, it's very loud, and there's nowhere to leave luggage on checkout day. The bathroom only opens if you force it, or perhaps the lock is faulty and you shouldn't lock it. There's only one key card, and even with it in the power slot, the room lights turn off. Even though it's cheaper than other places, I wouldn't book it again or recommend staying here.

It was 90 some degrees, and the staff couldn't be bothered to bring us a remote so we could turn on the air conditioning. There were other problems too, but the service was the worst part.

The location is good, but the room was terrible. You could hear everything outside, even conversations in the next room, and the church across from the hotel rang its bell several times in the early morning. I couldn't sleep at all, and weekends were worst because of all the people partying in the streets. The staff weren't helpful. They didn't provide enough toilet paper or towels, and when I asked for more, they wanted to charge me 20 euros.

If you're a very heavy sleeper, it might be okay. The location is the best part, with lots of metro connections to the airport and elsewhere, plus plenty of restaurants for breakfast and bigger meals. Otherwise, hell no. This was the worst hotel of my life: dirty, loud, and very dusty. Downstairs was super loud with hipsters and drunk people, and the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbors breathing. Our room was dirty when we arrived, though the cleaner showed up while we were unpacking. He was really nice, but only spoke Spanish, and he was the best part of the experience. The church looks nice, but its bells started ringing around 6 or 7 and nearly destroyed my eardrums.

The room was pretty dusty, and music from the bar below stayed loud until around 1-2 AM.
