Hotel Ca' Grande

The place looked good in the photos, but the reality was awful. I wasn't expecting luxury, but this was the worst hotel I've stayed in. There was a broken wardrobe, and having a sink right beside the bed felt ridiculous to me. The toilet and bathroom weren't in the room either, they were shared with all the guests. It was clean, and the staff were friendly. Those are the only things I liked about it. I don't recommend this hotel. It was a bad experience.

The location was the only real positive. The rooms were just okay, and the bathroom was clean. They call it a B&B, but breakfast was barely anything, just coffee, a cookie and a croissant. Air conditioning also costs extra and isn't included in the room price.

It’s a fairly cheap place in a convenient spot, close to Milano Centrale and about 500 metres from the nearest metro station. The hotel itself was good, though evenings could get a bit noisy. Breakfast was only a croissant and coffee, so I wished there were a little more. I also found the receptionist could have been more cheerful and positive with guests. That would have made my stay much better.

We stayed a few days, and it was okay, nothing special. There was a lot of noise from other guests, including kids screaming, and only one bathroom for a couple of rooms. We weren't told about breakfast, at least as far as I know. When we went into the kitchen to refill our water bottle, they yelled at us for not informing them first.
