We were there for a long weekend, my wife and I. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and it was about a 10-minute walk to the Dome. They cleaned our room daily and arranged an airport transfer. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, croissants, sandwiches, and espresso and cappuccino made for us. A smart TV for Netflix would have been a nice extra, but I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff were kind enough in general, though a couple were a little rude. One older man was kind. We were four people, two adults and two kids, and had told them, but they only gave us two beds. The bathtub was extremely dirty, and the water was completely white and cloudy. The AC didn't work either, and of the two showers, only one worked.

The breakfast was an okay, fairly standard buffet, and the location made it easy to get to the main tourist sights. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. I stayed here recently for a short trip to Milan.

I was in town for work and had time to explore, and the location made that easy. The main tourist spots were walkable, with shops and restaurants all around. The hotel itself was lovely, a little aged but well kept. On rainy days they had umbrellas by the door to borrow, which saved me a lot of hassle. Amazing.
