We were in Milan on business, and the hotel's location made getting around easy. It was close to the Duomo and just a short metro ride from Milano Fiera City, which was handy for the BIT travel fair. We didn't end up worn out from the travel. The staff welcomed us warmly and were always ready to help with questions or requests. Staying at this family-owned hotel made the trip much more enjoyable. I'd recommend it for a visit to Milan, whether for work or a holiday.

Coffee and croissants on the pretty terrace overlooking the hotel garden were a lovely way to start the morning. The rooms are simple, but comfortable, with good beds and bathrooms. It's a 2-star hotel, though the owners, a mother and her two sons, really make it shine. They're kind, attentive, and always around for guests. A peaceful little spot in Milan. I highly recommend it.

The location is hard to beat, and the family makes the stay feel personal, with hospitality from every direction. The hotel is clean, too. I've stayed at Hotel Castelletto several times, and after more than 20 years of frequenting hotels in Milan, I can say its service and the family's welcome are unmatched in the city. That personal touch has been missing from Milan for a long time.

The owners are exceptionally courteous and helpful, always looking out for what guests need. Alberto deserves a special thank-you for his kindness and professionalism. It's centrally located, with the metro and public transport only minutes from the city center. For a simple but very comfortable stay, the amenities are comprehensive, the place is clean, and the value for money is excellent.
