Hotel Delle Nazioni

My wife and I stayed at Delle Nationi for a week and a half. The price was very reasonable, the rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. For a regular hotel in an international city, that’s about all you can ask. I’d recommend it and would stay there again.

The location was convenient, and the room was clean with great service. I made a mistake and booked the wrong date, though, and the significant fine I had to pay brought the rating down by a point. Aside from that, it was a good experience.

The service felt unpleasant, and I didn’t feel guest comfort or safety was a priority. During my visit, I found the manager extremely rude and unprofessional about timing, payments and refunds. We asked for a refund over something that wasn’t our fault, but he wouldn’t cooperate and spoke to us disrespectfully. I also felt his communication toward the women in our group lacked courtesy and basic hospitality. Management needs serious improvement in customer service, communication and professionalism. He refused my refund and faked a call to the police, asking us to leave the premises.

I couldn’t reach the hotel at all. They didn’t respond to calls, emails or messages on other platforms, even though I urgently needed to change my stay because of serious personal circumstances. They didn’t seem to care. I recommend avoiding this place.
