The subway is just a three-minute walk away, and Chinatown takes about ten minutes on foot. There’s also a spectacular bakery right next door. The hotel itself was easy to find, clean, and well organized. The man at reception was really kind and helpful, and even let us leave our bags there the next day so we could explore without carrying them.

Getting around was easy thanks to the excellent location, which worked well for both business and sightseeing in Milan. We had a good stay, though cleanliness could use a little more attention. There were a few details to improve, so I’d put it at 7.5.

At night, light came into the room under the door, so we put towels there to block some of it. That was the only drawback I noticed. The rooms have been fully renovated and were spotless, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, handling our requests and problems attentively and with confidence.

There’s no breakfast included, but coffee and water are available free around the clock. The reception area has tables and what you need to eat there if you pick something up outside. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious, newly renovated, and very clean, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The neighborhood is lively, with supermarkets, restaurants, breakfast spots, and places for aperitifs. Trains, metro, and tram are close by, with a metro stop two minutes away and a tram three minutes away. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in around Europe. I’d definitely return when I’m back in Milan.
