There was water overflowing in the bathroom, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned or maintained properly. The smell was horrible, and everything felt neglected. There wasn’t even any soap. The room and floors were filthy, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. It honestly seemed like nobody had made an effort to clean before guests arrived. This was a complete mess and a waste of money. I would never stay here again and do NOT recommend it to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

We arrived with a child, and these conditions felt completely unsuitable for a family. We didn’t feel comfortable or safe. It was very cold in the room, and the blanket was dirty. The state of the accommodation was shocking and absolutely unacceptable. It seemed like basic cleanliness and comfort just weren’t a concern.

I spent most of my only night outside because I couldn’t stand being in the hotel. I came back late just to sleep, and even then I couldn’t wait to leave. The service was very, very bad, and the whole experience was awful. The place was extremely unhygienic, with hair everywhere. The sheets weren’t clean, the pillows were dirty, and water flooded the bathroom and kept overflowing. I don’t recommend it at all.

I booked an extra night because my flight was arriving late and told reception. I also chose the hotel because its website says there’s 24/7 front desk service. The flight was delayed by two hours through no fault of mine. I got there at 2 a.m. on Saturday, but nobody opened the door. I had to find somewhere else to stay. I tried five hotels, all full, before finally finding one, and paid for it myself. When I returned, the receptionist said I’d changed the time. I didn’t have time to argue and only needed to drop off my luggage, but nobody apologized. The bedspread was so old I didn’t use it. Please update the service information on your website. It isn’t right to mislead people, and walking around looking for a hotel in the middle of the night isn’t safe. Please be more considerate.
