I had a room looking out over a lovely square just behind the cathedral, and the location was fantastic. The cleanliness and hotel interior weren't ideal if you're after luxury, but it did what I needed.

For the price, it's worth it, and the location is good. It's cheap and fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep, though home is much more comfortable. The heating makes a noise like an old washing machine. If I had more money, I'd choose a better hotel.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. We paid 100 euros for one night, but the rooms are small and filthy, with one bathroom and a fridge, literally. The service was horrible and the WiFi in the room was poor. Staff, including Rene, racially profiled us and said it was for Police purposes even though we'd handed over our passport and Identification card. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Good luck.

The room was lovely and the location was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind, and when I asked for help late at night they still tried to assist instead of using the hour as an excuse. Many thanks to them.

I felt safe and well placed here as a woman traveling alone. The hotel was clean and tidy, with friendly staff, and its prime location meant I could get back quickly after a concert at La Scala.
