Affittacamere Perugino

(December 2025) It was very clean, the staff were excellent and friendly, and the location was great and felt safe, close to everything. There’s a frequent tram just a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are on the small side, so a double room may be smaller than a single room in the US. The big problem is how much noise carries between rooms. You can hear the people upstairs or next door flush the toilet, shower, or run the sink. There seems to be no soundproofing at all. I could still hear it even with earplugs, and for that reason alone I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed two nights. The room was clean, breakfast was sufficient, and public transport is nearby. For the price, it’s a good-value hotel and fine for a short stay. The problem was the lack of sound insulation. We woke up in the middle of the night because noise from the corridor came straight through the door. They should improve that.

The location suits me really well, with lots of services for personal care and business nearby. I stay here often, and the room is always comfortable and very quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make each visit enjoyable. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it. Sabrina (Treviso)

We stumbled on this hotel by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were attentive and quick to help, and the room felt cozy and comfortable. It was clean and quite spacious too. Our car was too big for the parking lot, so they found us a spot right by the entrance. The towels were snow white, the double bed was large, and the pillows were especially comfortable.
