Hotel Rallye

The location was good, and the place wasn’t as bad as I’d expected after reading all the reviews. I stayed one night in a single room that I’d booked almost a month ahead. At 60€ I thought the price was okay, but the blanket smelled really bad and the pillow was hard.

We paid €100 a night, and for me it wasn’t worth that. It’s a cheap hotel with a shared bathroom and no lift to the rooms, though at least the rooms were clean and the bedding fresh. Ours had a washbasin and bidet, but whenever we used the basin, it backed up. You get what you pay for.

The room fixtures were held together with tape, and the Wi-Fi password they give you on request didn’t work above the 2nd floor. The shared bathrooms were rotten, and the showers had no warm water or barely any water at all. What a total dump. I can’t understand how this place is allowed to operate as a hotel. Pay extra and stay somewhere else, it couldn’t be as bad as this.

There was a used condom hidden between the heater, and our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. I wanted to warn the man at reception, but he didn’t speak English, so I figured it wouldn’t have helped anyway. I don’t recommend this place. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
