The room was compact but clean, with enough hangers and space to put things away. The bathroom was clean too, though a bit small. It's a good deal, especially with a Conad right across the street and the red-line metro less than a five-minute walk away. There wasn't much noise, probably because other guests were considerate. Just know there's no lift, so you have to carry your luggage up about one floor. The reception team was helpful, especially the night staff. Thank you!

Marta S. made our April 2025 stay feel special. She checked in on us, thought ahead about what we might need, suggested restaurants, and even made reservations. Her care and warmth meant a lot to us. Rafay also helped at the end, taking care of our luggage and arranging a taxi. Everything was handled smoothly, and we had a wonderful time. We'll definitely come back!

The tram and metro stops nearby made it easy to get to Milan's main sights, even though the station is about a 15-minute walk away. We needed an affordable place for just one night before moving on, and this worked well. The rooms are basic but clean and had what we needed. Staff were really kind and friendly. The walls are thin, so you can hear loud neighbors, and some tram noise comes through. I slept well, but light sleepers should keep that in mind.

For a two-star family hotel, this deserves its rating, not the one star shown. The staff were lovely and breakfast was good. Rooms are simple, but fine for the price. It's a minute from the tram and a supermarket, five minutes from Pasteur on the red M1 metro, and a 20-minute walk from Central station. Ask for a room facing the back if you want to avoid the noisy street.

My best friend and I spent a week here and would happily visit again next time we're in Milan. The staff were really friendly, and breakfast had plenty of choices and amazing coffee. Our basic room was clean, had what we needed, and always had hot water in the shower.
