The price was great, and the staff were friendly. The rooms are modern and clean, though service could use some improvement. The hotel is close to the M1 metro.

The money is still blocked on my card to this day, and I've filed an official complaint with the AGCM (Consumer Protection). This is insane. They responded to my review with lies. They messed up the rooms we paid for and put an extra bed in an already extremely small room for no reason. They charged an extra 50 eur per person per night at the hotel, claiming amounts that weren't city tax. The prices seemed made up, were nowhere visible in the hotel, and appeared on the receipt only as extras, not included in the room price. They wouldn't give us an invoice and lied until we left, saying they'd send it the next day. I call it a total scam, a scheme to steal your money. They keep the amount blocked on your card, make you pay the full price again, then never release the hold. The staff were absolutely odious. Whatever you asked, they said they couldn't do anything and told you to call the manager. The manager was unreachable and nobody answered the phone. Worst choice in Milan. It ruined our trip.

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the rooms had comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel has been refurbished recently, so the furniture feels new and modern. We also appreciated the mini fridge and kettle in the room. With the M1 and Tram Line 1 nearby, it's easy to get around the city. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

After reading the bad reviews, I was worried it might be a scam, but everything went perfectly for us. We arrived late and still got our room without any trouble. The next day, staff let us leave our luggage at reception for the whole day and arranged a taxi to the train station. It all went smoothly. Thank you!
